 Oi Futo Central Seaside Park (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo)

This is a marine park managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor in Shinagawa and Ota wards. It is located along the Keihin Canal near Oi Pier, just over the canal from the Oi Racecourse. The park consists of two blocks across the road: the Sports Forest, which is mainly for sports facilities, and the Nagisa Forest, where you can enjoy greenery and the waterfront.

 Shinagawa Kumin Park (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo)

The tennis facilities at Shinagawa Kumin Koen (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo) have four omni courts, and the fee for using the facilities is 1,400 yen per court for two hours for those within the ward, and 2,800 yen per court for two hours for those within the ward. For nighttime use, 600 yen per hour will be added to the usage fee.

The tennis facilities at Shinagawa Central Park in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, have two artificial grass courts and are equipped with night lighting. The courts can be used from 9:00 to 21:00. There are coin-operated showers and changing rooms in the administration building.

 Shibaura Central Park (Minato-ku, Tokyo)

The tennis facilities at Shibaura Central Park in Minato-ku, Tokyo, have four sand-filled artificial grass tennis courts and two tennis wall courts. The tennis courts cost 800 yen for two hours and 500 yen per hour for lighting. Sportsnet individual registration is required to use the courts.

 Toyomi Sports Park (Chuo-ku, Tokyo)

Toyomi Sports Park has four all-weather, sand-filled artificial grass tennis courts available for use at 700 yen per court for two hours. Hours of use are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from January 5 to March 31, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm from April 1 to October 31, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from November 1 to December 27.

 Nishi-Ochiai Park (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo)

The tennis facilities at Nishi Ochiai Park in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, have two clay courts available for use at 1,500 yen per court for two hours. The tennis courts can be used at Nakano Kami-Takada Park, which is located within walking distance.

 Kamitakada Park (Nakano Ward, Tokyo)

Nakanokamitakada Park in Nakano Ward, Tokyo is located near Kuzubashi and Kitahara Bridge along the Myoshoji River, about a 10-minute walk from the north exit of Araiyakushi Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line, and has a baseball field and tennis court facilities. Nearby are Ochiai Park and Nishi-Ochiai Park in Shinjuku Ward, which are within walking distance.

 Musashinodai Park (Fussa City, Tokyo)

The tennis facilities at Musashinodai Park have four omni courts with a tennis wall at the end of the court so that you can practice alone. There is also a futsal goal inside the tennis court, which is also used as a futsal court. The court is also equipped with night lighting and can be used for night games.

 Tamagawa Ryokuchi Fussa Minami Park (Fussa City, Tokyo)

The tennis facilities at Tamagawa Ryokuchi Fussa Minami Park in Fussa City, Tokyo, have three tennis courts located in front of the barbecue plaza near the center of the park. To use the facilities, you need to submit a permission form to the management office.

The park also has a tennis wall facility in the parking lot where you can practice by yourself. Please note that the tennis wall-hitting facilities may not be available when the park is used as a parking lot.

The tennis facilities at Nagayama Minami Park in Tama City, Tokyo, have two sand-filled artificial grass tennis courts. There is a private parking lot in front of the courts and drinking water vending machines are located by the courts.

 Tobuki Sports Park (Hachioji City, Tokyo)

The tennis facilities at Tobuki Sports Park in Hachioji City, Tokyo, have six sand-filled artificial grass courts and are equipped with nighttime lighting so you can enjoy playing tennis at night. The fee is 1,500 yen for 2 hours and night lighting is available for 1,000 yen per use.

 Kamiyuzuki Park (Hachioji City, Tokyo)

The Kamiyugi Park Tennis Facility in Hachioji City, Tokyo is located in the Kamiyugi area of the park and has a total of eight all-weather, sand-filled artificial grass courts. To access the park, get off at Minami-Osawa Station on the Keio Sagamihara Line, and it is about a 20-minute walk.

 Sumida Park (Taito Ward, Tokyo)

The tennis facilities at the Riverside Sports Center in Sumida Park in Sumida and Taito wards of Tokyo have a total of five tennis courts available for use from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (until 5:00 pm on Mondays when the park is open). Individual registration is required to use the facilities.

 Mejirodai Sports Park (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo)

Mejirodai Sports Park has four tennis courts, three with sand-filled artificial grass on the west side and one on the east side. The courts are available for use in two-hour increments from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from May to August and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from September to April, and the fee is 1,200 yen per court for two hours.

 Hibiya Park (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo)

The tennis facilities at Hibiya Park in Tokyo’s Chiyoda district have five artificial grass courts that are fully equipped with night lighting and can be used until 9:00 p.m. except during the winter months (December through February). The courts are available for use at 1,300 yen per hour. For night time use, an additional 500 yen per hour will be added to the usage fee.

 Mizuho-cho No.2 Garden Tennis Ground (Mizuho-cho, Nishitama-gun, Tokyo)

The tennis courts at Matsubara Central Park in Mizuho-cho, Nishitama-gun, Tokyo (Mizuho-cho No. 2 Tennis Courts) have four sand-filled artificial grass tennis courts and hard court wall courts on the sides of the courts. There is also a parking lot next to the wall courts.

 Inokashira Onshi Park (Musashino City, Tokyo)

The tennis courts at Inokashira Onshi Park are located in front of the stadium in the West Garden and are all-weather om with six courts and one practice board. The tennis courts are available on a registration basis, and the practice board (wall courts) is open to the public so that you can practice by yourself. The courts are closed from December 29th to January 3rd.

 Dainan Park (Musashimurayama City, Tokyo)

The tennis courts at Ohminami Park in Musashimurayama City, Tokyo, have three clay courts. There is no lighting at night, so the courts can only be used during the daytime.

 Asahigaoka Central Park (Hino City, Tokyo)

Asahigaoka Central Park in Hino City, Tokyo, has three sand-separated tennis courts. The park is surrounded by a fence, and 12 parking spaces are available within the park.

 Higashimurayama Sports Park (Higashimurayama City, Tokyo)
